HeroProtagonist – Absolute Basics

Lift weights,do some cardio a few times a week and keep your calories and macros in line with your fitness goals. In my opinion if I could go back and tell myself to just do that and keep doing that I could have changed my body/health and saved myself hours of reading books, articles, magazines, youtube, doubting routines,changing just to come back to something really simple.

I am willing to put in the work and read/do whatever I have to get better in this area but like above is there absolute basics. What would that look like ?

Put yourself in environments where women are, talk to women when ever possible, get a like minded group of lads around you, have a decent set of clothes.

I don’t know if the analogy I picked is useful. Anyway feedback on this would be welcome.

I would think it's pretty much just that. Look as good as you can, go out regularly where the women are, be social and chat to them. You'll learn a lot from doing that without knowing any of the theory.

Thanks Serendipity I read Tophats guide and I think he is right there is not much point on me delving deep into books without having taken some action first.

Good appearance and the right venue are two basics.

Good appearance; your clothes and grooming.

Right venue; don't be in a student club if your 50. Don't pick-up girls in Top-shop if you dress like Kurt Cobain. Don't message girls who live 20+ miles away if you're doing it online.

That sorta stuff is absolute basic. Then its a grey area. Chat up girl and close obviously but thats umbrella, vague statements.
