hi guys i have just broken up with my girlfriend of 3 years and i want to know if you have any advice on getting back out there and picking up women again?

thanks lad, iv'e been chatting to a few girls on a dating site already and i have had 1 night out so far. I opened a few sets but they didn't go anywhere. I took a girl up to dance for abit but then her friends pulled her away from me lol. the night wasn't the best as there was hardly anyone out the day after halloween, still good craic though. I need to be abit more upfront like i used to be, although it's still early days.

yea i've always been social my whole life and it didn't change during my relationship. Looking back i was abit hesitant the other night but i haven't did this for 3 years lol. I'm just going to get out there and have fun!

Sounds like you didn't sell out like some people I've seen who enter relationships then go into social hibernation. Like K says, you're basis for all this is there, you just need to deal with all the other bullshit which tend to rotate around a need for an outcome. The more you blast through your sets/comfort zone, the less you will care.

has anyone got any links to natural day or night game approaches on youtube? i haven't watched anything pick up related in a long time.

Stand tall you're a soldier. Seriously posture and how you hold yourself is so important. Hold your head high, look slowly around the room. if you make eye contact, maintain and smile, then look away before it becomes a starting out contest. if you look happy and comfortable the woman will come to you. Find something that you can compliment on her that differentiates her from the other women. If you are both in big groups try and get her number quickly and move on. It's much easier to get to know a girl on a date than when out with the boys. good luck
