If your looking for a quick fix you aren't going to find it here, or anywhere for that matter, quick fixes don't exist. The process here is long and heavily focused on self discovery more than anything else and it's not going to happen overnight.

That being said, if you are genuine and looking for help, the guys here can give you some pretty solid advice and help you along the way, but you've got to be willing to put in the effort and keep at it.

Ok. I have had a few bad relationships. Been cheated on etc. Now i am having trouble getting noticed, i have found that the style i used to use no longer works, catching the attention of women is more awkward, not to mention the alphas on the scene are blocking me at every turn, i knock one aside (metaphorically speaking) and 2more are in the way.

Bear in mind, that 'the alphas' are only that because you define them as that, they're pretty much just other folk who may be a little more confident about themselves...

Ok here goes. I am 30 years old but i can pass as 20. I am average in looks, women often overlook me. All the alphas i speak of have the advantage, my flirting is below average at best. I have confidence yet my other areas are lacking. Style is not great, openers suck, and ftankly i am very limited in skill. I am ultimately a beginner.

Scour different forums for wings in cities and areas close by, meet all of them, go out, egg each other on to chat up girls and keep hanging out with the ones you like.

Then its a matter of refining your game, pushing yourself, adjusting things like grooming, fashion, not jerking off, voice, eye contact but those things come as you go along.

Good, you've defined where your at, now build on that. Make steady small improvements in your life in the direction of where you want to be.

Wings are not essential, but they can be helpful, the key is simply to get out and talk to people. If you're not comfortable talking to women or opening then chat to anybody, about anything. Greet people in the street, in the lift, talk to people where you work. Ultimately loosen your self up a bit socially and allow yourself to act naturally around others, the rest will follow.

You may need to travel a little if your in the styx , but otherwise just try any local bars, pubs, coffee shops, town centre's or generally anywhere where there are people.
