Just Friends

Hey guys,

I've read a lot of the books and seen a few of the videos, so I've got a general understanding of how pickup works. *thumbs up*

The other day I went out with this girl who's only in the city for a couple of days for a conference. We went to a Thai restaurant and just explored, hitting a music shop she likes and a consignment store. She's initiated contact with me multiple times, before, during and after the conference, so I know she's into me.

I only want us to be friends - there's other girls I want to run game on - and I want to know how to use "pickup strategy" to deepen our friendship. Because even though she's into me, we aren't past the "comfort" stage. We're not so close that we can sleep on the same couch or walk around the flat in nothing but robes without awkwardness, and that's where I want to be.

My guess is that I need to take her to another place, somewhere that's "my space." Like a favourite restaurant or something like that. And find out if we share values and draw out those emotional connections. What do you all think?
