Do you think that fapping is having an impact on your motovation, or is it just an exuce used by people who have fapped the day before that they are going out?

Yeah, I have mixed views on reflection with no wank feb. In one sense it made me horny, but after a while i felt I adjusted to not wanking, thus the effect was not so impressive. I would say that wanking too much to porn is a bad idea, but not wanking at all, probably also not a that good an idea either. Give it a go anyway.

Kinda like the view I have on it as well, but it seems to have differently impact on different people. So I am going to try it out for my self, as you just suggested.
Right now I haven't been jerking of in one day. I will wright my experience down in this thread plus tips how not to jerk of.

You need to be busy and spend as little time near a computer alone or by yourself alone because you'll spank one out. Thats what got me anyway.
