Advice pls fellas.

After a good night out last weekend we were wandering back through the town. You know the scene' lots of drunk people trying to get home in between falling over.

We stopped outside a chip shop as there were a few people we knew or kinda new around. There was a big group milling about having a laugh. Everyone still pumped from the club.

Earlier I had seen two very cute blond girls. Both hb9s, short dress's, long legs. I never got a chance to approach in the club but now they appeared behind me in the crowd.

Both of them were a little drunk.

No one had the balls to approach them but they were clearly attracting attention.

Well fuck it, I turned over my shoulder pointed at one and said 'hay that's a nice dress, actually, I was going to wear that same one tonight'

She laughed, I just laughed back and turned back to my friends.

I wasn't going to admit defeat so easily. I got back into the conversation with my friends for a couple of minutes then, turned, and approached.

"Hay are you girls rich?' (i use this a fair bit and usually get a good response)
"NO!"
'O eh can you even cook?'
'No, you have the wrong girls'

I ran into a brick wall and retreated. Now the thing with it was the response from them wasn't terrible, they just weren't giving my anything to work with. Not so much as a smile. Usually after a line or two I have enough attention to start a conversation, but here, nothing! They weren't being rude I just hadn't hook their attention.

They were drunk, they had short attention spans ready to be distracted by the next shiny object and they had probably dealt with drunken approaches in the club all night.

They were not the type of girls I would usually go for and this is not the type of approach I would generally make. But fuck it they were hot and I would have liked to have ended with a k-close.

I can see this situation reoccurring over xmas. So help me out peeps, I'm sure some of you guys are masters in this sort of situation. Any advice?

hmmmmm....

by the time its come to chip-shop territory, i always see that as the end of the road for a K-close, perhaps a #-close at best.

anywyas, yeh you didnt get the bets repsonse BUT....


how about putting on a show about how the night has ended too soon, try and find out where theyre going enxt.. or next time?!

Ok this is not the stuff of romantic comedies.

I don't think any of the works of Jane Austen feature a chip shop.

But this is not a situation where I see myself having a long conversation into the wee hours with a girl.

This is an, end of the night, we are all having a good time, you happen to be gorgeous, I don't care who you are, I am going to make out with you, kinda thing.

Entertain, escalate fast, make out, and don't worry about it later.

Its about having fun and kissing a cute girl.

Think AFC Adams 3 minute k close (or whatever) video.

Like I said this is not usually my thing, these are not the girls I normally go for, but being home and going out with old friends over xmas it's a situation I run into a lot and I'd rather do something with it then be taking horny glances at the girl like all the other guys.


So how do you guys deal with high energy, easily distracted sets?
