What are wingmans good for?
 

Hi there
I'm curious if you can share your thoughts on why it is beneficial to have a wingman when sarging.
What I've read is he can support you when you're dealing with a set and have no capacity for all the girls there. He can be also simply fun to hang out with. When he's more experienced he can give you tips. All that is pretty obvious.

What I'm curious about is how a wingman's presence affect your attitude. How does his presence affect how you are perceived by the girls you approach. Do you use a wingman in any way to raise your chances of not getting rejected?
Also, what would be the characteristics of a good wingman?

If this has been answered already elsewhere, please point me at the relevant threads. I couldn't find anything on this forum that answers my question.

The benefits of having a good wingman are immense. For me the best kinds are the ones you just 'click' with, have a similar outlook, similar sense of you humour with, you basically gel well together. Like 'Sheringham and Shearer' as opposed to 'Heskey and Owen'.

With regards to wings in Day Game. I thought there was no real need to have such a person as a wing. I now see from the the past 3 outing with my new gaming buddy Dolphin that there is a good reason to have someone with you on these outings. Not least because it keeps you in a talkative state and more importantly prevents you going inside your head too much thinking about things like 'what should I say?!'.

In a more general sense you have the opportunity to take on larger groups of girls and the wing to take a target's friends out of the equation. Useful in bars for sure.
