Cold Weather makes daygame much harder especially for street approaches. Adapting to shops and places like that, but I would much prefer to be working on street game.

Wear a jumper then.

Just go to the shopping centres etc.. mix and match with the venues.

I think your saying that its not too cold for you, rather its too cold for them to talk with you. Just want to get from A to B in the quickest time possible.

If your really concerned about the cold take an extra jacket and approach her, then maybe 1 minute in say she looks cold and offer her your spare jacket or something. (Probs not if I'm honest haha)
Other than that,just suck it up. What's stopping you from approaching and continue walking with her?

No it doesn't make it much harder, in fact it makes it easier to persuade a woman you have opened to go with you to a coffee shop for an instant date. If you stop a woman on the street and its very cold you should only be talking with her for around three or four minutes before pushing for an instant date. When it is very cold a woman is going to welcome the chance of a free hot coffee in a warm place. To instant date it is best to make it seem more natural like saying; "By the way I was just on my way to a coffee shop down the road, if you come with me I will get you one". Make sure you know exactly where the local coffee shops are though in the area where you are sarging.
