Taking things too far with 'game'
 

Well, last night I reached a point where I decided to step back from the relentless nature in which I have been treating all of this 'gaming'. I got a new job a couple of weeks ago and have been working very late and this has given me a new drive in life... I feel alive again!

Last night however I was chatting to my housemate and he was dismayed the way I was talking about girls. For example I had been pursuing girls with boyfriends for my own selfish means. Also, this threw light on the way I had been treating and viewing girls in general. I realised I had been treating this too much as some sort of game. Some of the girls I had been dating for the sake of it in a bid to get laid. Now I am at a point where I want to spend time with girls I want to see, or what's the fucking point?!

I also feel I have been a bit narrow minded with some of my comments towards Shah/Barney of late, and knocked him for not gaming 'enough'. Everyone has their own preferences, and personally I found it of benefit to game a lot while I had the chance .

Anyway, now I have a job again I got some money to spend on beer and nights out, ya catch my drift.

It's each to their own with this type of thing, but I personally try to take things with a pinch of salt, at the end of the day its something to learn from 'game' or not. I don't confess to being amazing at it, but I'm learning, so I think it's all well and good, just so long as you don't let it affect your personal / professional life.

I've been wondering what I'm doing with it at the mo. I've just kind of been unleashing game on girls left, right and center just to see how far I get.

When really I should just be saving it for the girls I like. As the main girl I like at the moment is pretty hard to play. But maybe that's because she might think I'm a player. Or Maybe I need to improve my game? A bit of a catch 22.

There's no harm in developing a bit of social proof, if you can learn from unleashing game then go for it, equally though there is no harm in being selective, just do whatever feels natural.

This is good mate. After that heated discussion we had recently about the morals and ethics of pursuing girls who are already hooked up I'm glad you've had this awakening. For a moment I seriously thought you were turning to the dark-side the way you were talking a couple of weeks prior.

Good point. Nova has got to stage now, where he's getting results. He can make dates like a shot, has little approach anxiety. He can take his foot off the gas peddle. He could now find dates going about his daily routine :)

However NOOBIES! No getting around it. You gonna have to set aside some sarging time. Basic learning theory!
