So, im in college in the uk not university.

And i been seeing a special girl around, and i know she notices me also.

We live in the same area aswell so i see her quite often.

When we're in college she stares at me and when i look at her i don't turn away untill she does.

And when she does she plays with her hair [ well that happened once]

Anyway i tried many times to go up to her but it just didn't feel like the right time.

Anyway ofcourse we have eachothers facebook and today she actually chat to me on facebook.

She: Hey, you go to My college :)?
Me: Wassup, yep so do u right { tryna play it cool]
She: Yep i do :D
Me: OFFLINE [that was on purpose]
two minutes later i came back online
Me: Cool, ure on my bus
She: Yep most of the time :D
Me: Lol stalking me are u
She: lmao no no :L
Me: lol, so u live at Grange [the area i live in]
She: Yep i do, do you?
Me:Yes, i gotta go chat to u soon

I think you're making too much effort for her (pretending to go offline etc). Remember, girls are attracted to confidence. Just force yourself to walk up to her and start a conversation, even if its only quick, just show her you got kahoonaz. From what you say she likes you so you've got a window(and if you play it properly it'll go well) but if you don't act soon, your chance will pass and you're fucked. Good luck buddy

She clearly likes what shes seen so far. Make a conversation with her about anything you notice about her, talk for a bit, dont make it too pressured and see how it goes.

From wot ur sayin m8 she clearly wants it. I think it's just a case of grabbin your balls and goin for it. You said you both live in the same area and get the same bus home from college, so there is a perfect opportunity to crack of a convo.

Ok cool then i will make sure i chat to her next time i see her. well there is a party tomorrow night just for my college alotta people are goin i presume she is alos guys.

Go talk to her first decent opportunity you get, soon as you're near her go straight in and strike up convo. Be cool about it, stay with your friends and try to stick to short convos, keep going back to your friends etc. Remember she is only worth a certain amount of your attention and she's gotta want to earn more. Main thing though, is be the coolest and funnest guy there, you're not out to pick up a girl you fancy, you're out to have a great time and you want everyone else to have a great time too.
