How to be more than the entertainer.

Hi all,

So I'm a bit of a newb and I've been practising opening and banter whenever I go out with my mates which has been a lot of fun. Recently I find myself talking and having fun with girls for much longer than when I first started which I'm taking as a sign of progress but I seem to be stuck in that role as the entertainer as I can't close yet. I don't think kino is the problem as I'm very touchy feely (in a good way) pretty much right from the beginning eg.....

quick tangent here, if I high 5 a girl and her return 5 is particulatly weak I'll say "urgh you're rubbish at high 5ing! I guess you're more of a hugger...." then step back with arms wide and say "come here you" then if the hug's pretty lame I'll call her on it and repeat the process. Ha! I'm all about the hug closes.

Anyway, where do I go from there? I keep hearing about storytelling and routines but I'm not sure what this entails. Is that the next step? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried opening direct and just telling a girl she is gorgeous or point out something you like about her. Then it's pretty unlikely she'll see you as mr entertainer guy, do it in a confident way and then have a bit of banter and touch her.
