You must lose girls in order to get girls - Physicality
 

When first starting out, the intention can lean to having as many good interactions as possible. This is not a bad thing, but could lead to:

• Approval seeking/Entertaining/Impressing instead of Expressing
• Lack of intent
• Lack of physicality

And other unexpected actions.

To get better at this, you need to be prepared to lose the girl. Sometimes things will just not go your way, but the key is to keep pushing on.

Physicality is the key - there are plenty of articles on the forum about this so will not go into detail. If it is unnatural to you, it will feel weird at first and may result in more rejections. But push on, it will eventually become natural.

I'm not suggesting that you should be physical for the whole interaction - just enough to establish a Man-Woman interaction rather than a Friend-Friend one. If she's into you - push on and escalate - but if not, it's still a positive - you had the balls to do what most other chumps in the club can only dream of.

I'm getting this at the moment,
what I interperet from this is that you need to have that nonchalant attitude, and only then can you think rationally instead of needy and clingy and desparate for an outcome.

what helps is texting and having multiple girls on the go, so if the girl you really want, does not call back or reply to your texts, you dont do something stupid and just approval seek and turn the situation worse.
