I had mild kidney pains and headaches for about my first couple of weeks on Creatine but it passed and didn't come back.
I've since switched to BSN True Mass and it seems pretty good. Gone from about 175lbs to 190lbs over about 7/8 months (I'm 6ft tall). That's BSN combined with a high protein diet and regular weight training. I'd recommend BSN (bit dearer than other stuff) but worth it's imo.
Does anyone mix supplements? Anyone know the do's and don't's? I'd be grateful for a breakdown. I don't trust a word I read in the fitness press it's all ad driven editorials.
