I fucking hate workouts... they're all shit... bar this one:

I've 'got hold' of a copy. 15 (roughly workout DVDs). Each one 40 mins or so. It's a 6 week routine. 6 days on, 1 day off. They're crazy hard! Brilliant for fat stripping.

It seems to really attack your legs with a shite ton of polymeric exercises. The first half of the DVDs are hard enough but the second set (not done them yet) are meant to be lethal!

I'm about half way through my second week and already am feeling my fitness level rising!

This is not your standard bullshit celeb fab bollox (there's another set called P90x which is similar... but with weights). So check it out!

I love before and after photos.

It might have been a better idea not to spray tan them so much, it looks like those heads are just photoshopped on new bodies.

Actually... Wait a second, getting ripped makes black people blacker? Surely they have sprayed him..

Erhhhh yeah... standard american salesy shite... but check out some of the vids... couldn't see anything on the website... but surely they'll be some videos on YouTube...

Ahh yeah this is pretty awesome! Mixture of cardio and compound movements, ideal to strip fat like hell.

Some other things to look out for that contain the same kind of movements are;

I'd thoroughly suggest you start body weight training, I've been doing it for a number of weeks now, and I swear by it, really hits deep into your fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibres needed to become stronger and tone and/or bulk: BodyWeightCulture.com - Home
