Knee Injury
 

How do

It seems I've aggrivated the knee injury from yoga, as now I can hardly walk or straighten my leg.

I went to hospital yesterday and they reckon its a strain of the lateral ligaments. Internet doctor me however. I think ive tore the meniscus cartlidge in the knee since it refuses to straighten.

Any guys have experience with this kind of injury? All I can really do is the old r.I.c.e...
