Can't you just do Crossfit at your gym then it will be cheaper?

I never actually went on the courses just taught myself and did the work-out of the day. (I can see how a couple of lessons may be of use though)

I found it improved my fitness and gave me a more athletic look as opposed to the bodybuilder look I used to have. Still use elements of cross-fit in my current work-out.

My chest took a dive though - just a few press-ups and tricep dips here and there as opposed to the mega work outs I usually do on the old Tyrannosaurus Pecs Raarrghhhh!

I've not looked what crossfit is, but,

cant you just get a group of friends together, for free, and go on a field, or whatever it is, and do it for free?

I'd rather put that 65 towards something useful like two hookers

Seems expensive for a workout nevertheless. Its almost like you're paying people to cheer you on.

sounds similar to boxing training. If there's a good club near you I recommend for trimming up it's total pukesville.
