My time on the SD MATRIX
Ok sd matrix VERY VERY GOOD
Pro's i did put mass on and you could feel the muscle is hard & dense & always feels so even when im not training.... ive been off it now over a week and ive lost alot of size but i think that was the water retention but my muscles def in my arms & shoulders etc still looks good my issue, is i got alot bigger, but looked the same only a bigger version, and i think this is down to the excess fat i have all over, not fat, but enuf to blur any clear definition. so im now stripping down but in doin go am gonna lose muscle mass... so im gonna strip for 4 weeks, then do another course of sd matrix just before ibiza i think if your gonna go on these, try and strip down PRE course so when you come off them u feel the FULL effect when u look in the mirror coz I DEFO DID GROW help me train more intensely (maybe in my head) so strip down first, Matrix second next time |
The instant size you put on is water retention, you`ll only truly know what you built when you lose it when it comes off afterwards

It sounds good! I've got another 4 weeks on my current plan and then its onto the SD Matrx. My plan would be the have it the final phase of "bulk up". Then concentrate on cardio after it as I have 3 weeks on the beach in Spain in August.
Does this make sense? Quote:

is you need to eat ALOT to bulk, so if you wernt stripped pre bulk, your gonna feel fat post course so if you strip down, then when ur bulking, do enuf cardio to keep whever u eat down. and u will notice the results better |
Thanks Phil. So I finish the current bulking (which is going good), strip down and then when that cycle's done hit the SD Matrix for the next bulk up! Seem's like a plan.

I somewhat disagree. Cardio whilst bulking is a little counter productive.
I suppose it depends what your goals are. |

and u misconstrued what i said. |
I''d say it depends where you started from. If you began weight training when really skinny I would agree. However, if you have done training before I think its unwise to do no cardio. After all you just get fat and its not healthy. Obvioulsy don't go out and run a marathon but some a jog and some time on the rowing machine has gotta be good.
