The above member is right that you should search out for bodybuilding info on YouTube and Google as they both are the largest networks where you'll find the detailed information very easily..!!

Maybe one day it will be ok again. That's all I want. I don't care what it takes. I just want to be ok again.

Before starting your workout you must do the workout under the supervision of a good trainer to safe your body from the injuries. A good trainer give you the best tips how to do exercise well.

Edwin's correct... get a personal trainer at your gym for, say, just two sessions (this is to keep the cost down for u).

After that, in your gym sessions without any personal trainer, u will be able to repeat the exercises that the trainer taught u.

Secondly buy some protein powder and use it! Especially immediately after work out.

Call me a troll, but I hate threads this vague. If you're not willing to visit a few bodybuilding forums, read Sticky's, Wikipedia and Starting Strength then I foresee you applying similar lack of effort towards lifestyle changing concepts that require physical exertion, pain and endurance in the gym.

Be a little more specific about what you would like to learn and we'll baby you

Freeweights are almost always preferable, as opposed to machines, primarily due to utilizing stabilizer muscles and following a more natural angle and range of movement.
