Default Fruit juice? - 16-04-2011, 09:09 AM

I always hear that you should drink creatine with natural fruitjuice, not concentrate. I normally drink robinsons cordial when working out, but what's a natural fruitjuice? Is this like Tropicana?

I mix my creatine with my protein powder shake before training and lucozade after training. I dont see what benefits it does taking it with fruitjuice. Someone else might have an opinion. But I take Tropicana with my breakfast in the morning and with my tea about 6-7pm.

The only reason I can think is that with anything stimulating like sugar or caffeine, it tends to speed absorption into the bloodstream. Which is why if you take headache pills with a coffee it can speed up relief. That's all I can think of.

i think, and im not 100 %

sugar increases the rate at which things pass through your system, but if your looking to absorb as much as you can of a particular product you need it slow release, but i dont know enuf about creatine to know how much u absorb per hour etc!

but sugar increase the rate in which it passes through u, somehtin to do with insulen spikes or somethin

Natural sugars help your body absorb ilthe creatine. Apparently natural fruit juice is best to drink with creatine. I have always put in my protein shakes immediately after workout, but I was thinking of tweaking my intake

Natural fruit juice are the best in any way but not concentrate.Fresh and natural fruit juice contains nothing artificial but all natural content even when you blend it.Natural sugar and all other nutrition remain safe.It has great and good impact on our body more than some artificial proteins and minerals.
