Advice on supplement program?

I am looking at a few different options, just wanted some input. I just hit 51, still work out daily. Looking for I guess a combo of a testosterone boost, with strength and endurance/recovery increase to maintain my regimen. Has anyone tried bdg performance labs, the first thing that came up when I search this seems to fit just want some more input from the gurus before I buy lol. Any other options you guys subscribe to? I want something effective as well as safe of course.

I run an online fitness business so I'll chime in here.

Forget test boosters, they don't work. You can boost testosterone naturally through diet, exercise and sleep and with the right combination you will achieve amazing results.

If you have genuine concerns around hormones, speak to your doctor about TRT or fund a private test check through medichecks. A blood test kit is around £30 or £55 if you want to go to the hospital and have it done. Then address is.

If you're looking for steroid advice I'm not the man for this. In terms of actual supplements if you have the right diet and workout in place, the only two I would recommend and personally use are creatine and EAA's as part of your intra workout drink, that's it. PM me if you want more advice.

Best to increase test levels... Train hard, eat well, sleep well.

Like mentioned. Test boosters don't work.

Plenty of supps work but not for test... other than test but that's a different animal.
