Default How do you lose belly fat? - 26-09-2019, 12:25 AM

I'm a normal sized guy but my stomach sticks out a little and I don't like it. I feel like I'm pregnant or something. I bought the P90X3 programs which is suppose to make you ripped in 90 days. I did it everyday for 75 days and I didn't notice a bit of difference. I look the same.

I've also tried walking everyday for 30 minutes twice a day and that didn't help either.

So if all that exercise didn't help me lose the stomach fat what will? Have any of you guys gotten rid of a pop belly? How did you do it?

I'm so sorry for my late reply to this thread. There are different ways available to lose belly fat. Some people make a workout plan and do accordingly. But I think for losing belly fat walking in the morning is a good idea. In this way, I have decreased my belly fat. You can try this method if you want. If you need any other supplements like wholesale medical supplies https://eriactapharmacy.com/. You can visit this website for more details. I hope that help!

losing any fat at all starts with nutrition. You need to write a diary of everything you eat in a day and count the calories.

Then work out your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) you can find calculators on google.

Make sure you always eat above your BMR calories as this is the MINIMUM amount of calories your body needs in a day. I tend to find a sweet spot between BMR calories and TDEE calories. always eat under your TDEE calories.

Mix all of that with the exercise you have been doing. Maybe increase the walking pace or try walking the a route that is mainly uphill and you should see losses.

Bear in mind, belly fat is incredibly hard to lose. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. I'm still struggling with it myself but I'm making progress.

Keep it up Bro!

I'm doing pretty good in this area. Since the new year I've cut about a stone.

I'm not into counting my calories to the T and all that shit. I'm just definitely eating good food at a significant calorie deficit and walking 5 miles every morning at 5am whilst fasted and having taken 2 grenade fat burners.

The biggest obstacle people face is just being weak minded and stuck in their bad habits.

The only way to break bad habits is to JUST DO IT. Whatever that may be.

Shut the fuck up, and do it. That's how I get shit done.

It really is that easy.

You can't win if you don't play

I'm sorry. I didn't read the other posts. I'm just going to tell you how I lost most of my belly fat (I still have a little because of my own stupidity but I know how I can lose it).

I did this.

Buy a bike, ride 20km every day (less if uphill obvs). Ride hard (that means uphills) until you are knackered, your legs will be glowing after the first few days, but it doesn't take long for them to get more muscle.

Tip. Buy a crazy bright light and ride at night if you don't have time. Remember to eat some protein before you go to sleep. Also, check your testosterone level at some point if you are older.

Walk too, if you can.

This builds muscle in your legs, your biggest muscle.

Do weights 3/4 times a week with rest days. Dumbells for 30 mins. Arm exercises.

What this does is builds muscle which burns fat. BUT cardio (bike riding) will also burn protein (muscle) so you have eat more protein to balance. I eat oats, soya milk, eggs, nuts, beans, etc. Buy pudding sized tupperware and prepare a weeks breakfasts (look on youtube for oat yogurt fruit recipes).

The goal is to lose all fat on your upper and lower body ONLY THEN will you body burn fat from your stomach, and even then very slowly (depending on your age).

Stomach exercises help, because when you lose the stomach fat, they will start to poke through. You can do as many crunches as you want but they'll be hidden until the flab is gone.

I forget the exact number but there's a certain BMI you have to be in order to have abs. be careful because it's not actually healthy, just it looks good. Take supplements if you feel tired, low sugar etc.

The ROI on this is massive. It's almost the first thing girls look at, even on older men. 'My face is up here babe'

Knock em dead

There’s no exact number.
BMI is not a useful measure here.
It is not unhealthy for an adult male to have low enough body fat that their abs are visible.

Why would you write that dumb shit?

Hi,
Here what has worked for me.
The first thing is to sort out your diet. Like everything in life, if you want result you must put constant effort. Avoid process dood as much as possible. Do not eat crisp or bred, butter, cheese.., only drink water, cook your own meals with vegetable and grilled meat. Only snack on fruit like apples or bananas
In terms of exercise, find an abs exercise you like doing which is not loo hard and do it every day. Try to do a bit more of ot every week. I do dish rock and I love it.
Finally associate your effort with an image of a calvin klein model you like. And repeat to yourself that you can have this body. Brainwash your mind with it. Every effort brings you closer to that image. After few weeks you will look forward to make these efforts.
You should see a difference after a month.
Good luck buddy!

Only a month? Seems a tad optimistic, at least when comparing oneself to these models.

I'm making the assumption of course that they're all natural and not taking steroids or any crazy supplements/drugs.

Having said that, I've lost around 8 kg in the space of a month but via fasting and severely reducing (added) sugar intake. Barely any adjustment to my exercise regiment.

None of that is relevant unless you are reducing your calorie intake and / or increasing the calories you are burning.

Doing ab specific excercises will make those muscles a little bigger and could help them show through the fat, but really you already have abs and they aren't going to get that much bigger. You can work them within other excercises by doing variations that involve them more to make sure they are strong.

That's super gay, bro.

With how much great information there is out there, it is perplexing that anyone who wants to know the answer to this question hasn't been able to find it.

If you don't have visible abs right now or want them to be more visible, you need to reduce the calories you are intaking and / or increase the calories that you are burning. If you don't want to lose too much muscle in the process, then you'll needto reduce the calories progressively and keep up with some heavy lifting but depending on how developed you already are and how hard you train you may not be able to continue to progressively overload as you will be weaker.

There's maybe some crazy chems you can take to hurry the process up a bit, if you are into that, but you won't be able to maintain it afterwards if you are too pussy to manage hunger. And that's what it is really about. Managing hunger ignoring it or eating physically dense foods with low calories so you are too full to eat even though you will not feel fully satiated. What types of food you eat except in terms of the total calorie content you consume over an extended period, what ab exercises you do, what male model you j your d to... these things are not things.

Peace,

kowalski
