Just read that you can burn 500 calories sitting in a room under 66 degres for 2 hours?

It's true that the body does burn more energy or calories to keep warm in cold temperatures. Can't confirm how many calories by temperature and that time scale.
Just eat better, perhaps less and exercise more.
