Its good, it'll add muscle too. I had some a few years back when I used to cain the gym and eat healthy. Side effects: Constantly yawning and muscle cramps overload, especially in my toes. It depletes your taurine which leads to cramping, first time I ever truly felt a side effect.
I was taking a large amount though, the guy who sold them to me was a Mr.Olympia finalist and he was surprised I was still walking after taking that many a day. 5-10 of the little white dot chinese ones.
Definitely worked in experience. Good diet and training needed.
Oh and cycle 2 weeks on, 2 weeks (or more) off. The chemical it activates that helps you lose weight depletes completely after 2 weeks, and makes the drug redundant in using it. So you could swallow a whole bottle after 2 weeks and it'd do jack shit.
