You can always drink as much water as you like.

I like Clipper. You can get it in Sainsburys and Holland & Barrett.

Phil is right on the money. Cut processed carbs and sugar from your diet and you will drop weight like crazy.

Done a little research on intermittent fasting, & what I think I'd like to do is...

12 noon: weetabix

3pm: salad & chicken

8 - 9pm: salad & chicken/ham

The reason I say between 8 & 9 is because on the Monday Wednesday & Friday I might not be back from boxing until after 8. So as long as I eat before 9 it'll be alright.

I also intend to eat big motherfucking portions of salad & chicken. Like double each time.

Then have the one day a fortnight where I hit up the Chinese buffet around the corner from me.

I'll have a look at proteins.

I like the stuff you can get at the Chinese supermarket, no idea what it's called the box is all in Mandarin/Cantonese.

Here's some sites that have some good information on Intermittent Fasting.

I'll add brown pasta to the second meal then. That's good carbs right?

Green tea with honey & squeezy lemon. Delish.
