Grooming hints and tips - Looking more awake

When coming into all this approaching girls and been socially fucking awesome I thought it was 90%+ down to your looks but I suppose it was quite suddenly and early on that I realised, it's not about you 'looks' its about what you make of what you've got. I.e good grooming.

Now I'm not saying that I don't look good naturally, I'm just saying like with anything, there's always room for improvements. In fact, I look more like in between a young Mark Webber/Jenson Button.

Do you guys have any hints/tips for looking more awake?

I feel this is where I really need to improve where grooming is concerned. I feel like I come across as someone who isn't really interested, when I am. I sleep for about 8 hours a night, eat my vegetables and whatnot so I'm completely lost for what else to do.

I mean, should I be going down the line of protein shakes (since I have a really high metabolism) or looking at improving my diet or sleep patterns. I'm not sure.

Anyway, if anyone could lend a hand with some useful hints and tips that would be awesome! (I'm sure you guys that went to uni have been through something similar)

Cheers

My energy and motivation levels are shocking, terrible diet and sleep pattern for years plus slight addiction to pro plus left me somewhat of a wreck..

For a quick fix I drink redbull and vodka and that makes my night outs go down well but long term effects will be pretty negative. The one thing I swear by though is whitening eye drops, I have major issues with sticking to a sleep schedule and these things really make you look well rested, again short term fix though and I only use them maybe 2 days a week as consistant use is supposed to be bad..

Sleep pattern would be the best thing to sort out, mine is getting better right now as ve started a new job and it's really noticeably helped my energy levels.

Would like to see other peoples suggestions..

Haha dude I'm not at a point where I'm dosing up on pro plus but I can definitely appreciate where you're coming from.

I seem to be the only person who doesn't like them pure energy drinks, feel like I'm having 50 spoons of sugar in every mouthful! I've never heard of whitening eye drops though, can you recommend a brand for me to buy and test out?

How much sleep do you get? I'm never really below 7 hours a night but I have vague recollections of waking up during the night, whether that makes a difference or not, I have no idea.

I'm not sure it's my energy levels that are low, I can run or walk to the town or whatever. I think it's more of just looking tired. Maybe I feel tired as well, I didn't give that much thought if I'm honest, I'll see tomorrow.

My intent when getting into this wasn't solely on getting women. Instead, it was about fine-tuning my life, my mindsets, my social awareness, my fears; overcoming them all and just having fun and in the process of doing this I'd also be approaching girls and progressively getting better at it.

So it's not that I think me not looking awake is such a hindrance, it's more the fact of I'm wanting to sort that problem out and look better/healthier as a life goal that is crossing paths with the goals I have for PU.

I'm not anymore but while I was at college the pro plus issue was pretty bad, My issue is I never want to go to sleep but once I am asleep then I don't want to wake up.. It's fine when I have to do things like I'll go to bed soon as I have work tomorrow but if I'm off for a few weeks my sleep pattern can sometimes invert and gets proper fucked up..

tbh I've bought a diffrent brand almost every time, they all hav the same ingredients when you read them, just go In a boots or super drug or pharmacy and look by the other eye drop products. They're only like 4 quid or something but you ain't ment to keep them after 28 days, I've stretched it a bit but not too much, give em a go.

Not for everyday use though, I just us for important meetings or nights out ect, they make a very subtle but effective diffrence imo.

Brand I have atm is called dazzle & sparkle or something (can't find right now) from super drug.

Most people dress like shit. Have a look at how you dress and see what improvements can be made. For me it's made a massive difference recently, particularly shoes.

Look up foods that will help your complection if you want to "look" less tired, also multi vitamin tablets could help

I read that Vitamin D3 is good, also Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium and B6. Vitamin D3 we predominately get from key food groups and the sun.. It also has the side effect of boosting Testosterone levels, which at my age is rather awesome as it drops significantly from 30 onwards. You can grab 360 (year’s supply) off ebay for like £15.

Eggs, water, fruit and vedge.. Caffeine is a double edge sword as it can mess with your sleep patterns, as can alcohol (I try to limit)

The above has helped me like.. I’m old as fuck, I don’t know how old you are but I’ll take any buff I can get :D
