Cheers dude, I've not drank booze for nearly 2 weeks now. Going to stick to a two pint limit this weekend then drink shorts with diet coke.

Just eat healthy and exercise. Beer for the win.

Seriously though, is switching to hard liquor healthier than beer?

It’s laborious to seek out knowledgeable people on this topic, however you sound like you already know what you’re talking about! Thanks

When getting back into doing workout's after my operation my diet wasn't too good and I'd lost a ton of muscle whilst on crutches.
So I searched youtube and every source I could find to get a decent eating routine. I have an incredibly high metabolism, 2 hours and I'm hungry again. Ridiculous!

Anyways maybe this set of video's might help you work out value to your diet foods and drink; yes it goes into alcohol...

Cool, thanks YNNAD i'll check it out. Just a question for the more experienced fitness guys, can you give yourself a pretty reasonable all over body workout just from using dumbbells? I just want to get some low-cost, fitness equipment that doesn't take up much space to use at home.

Yeah dumbbells are better than machines by far. so much more you can do with them. All I have are dumbbells and a fitness step, I use the fitness step as a small foldable weights bench so you can do your chest with the dumbbells.

Only problem is they're a bitch to buy weights for cos you've gotta buy everything in sets of 4 and you can't get enough weight on them with vinyl weights you'd need to be buying cast iron which is a lot more..

Just to let you know. Hustler's still a fat gay. The fad diet never worked.

Aye, I lacked the mental strength. I just couldn't resist my craving for McShit.
