once you forget about the root, the end product/emotion goes with it.

i have had emotional response where its beyond my control before, but thats through me allowing it to take over & consume my thoughts.
after that point... i decided to keep them under control.
u may have books to show THEORIES to back ur claims...
i dunno if u have ever heard of small group of people called Hypnotists... or NLP practitioners...
but these people (if you ever heard of them its really small a group) are there to douse ur claims. and have proven track records in
habitual need
fear
happiness & depression
and many more...
whether is controling it by negating or instigating
its all about controlling emotion... infact u know what adam.... ur right,
