Field report... thoughts

This is my first thread - other than my introduction.

Hopefully you can help me learn! I've no problem picking up girls but it tends to be on drunken nights out and I want to learn the game, and be strategic.

Anyway... currently using Tinder as a way of chatting and meeting girls.

'Matched' with a girl last week. I've been listening to a lot of Julian Blanc and Owen from RSD and was bored of the usual 'how are you?', bla bla. From the off, I was self amusing, really just stupid ridiculous comments and she was reciprocating in kind. The conversation was childish, funny and genuinely enjoyable. Anyway, we were chatting via watsapp, SnapChat, etc. and I told her I was going to her home town that weekend. She asked why, I said because some girl had back out of a date and I wanted to go anyway (on a ghost hunt and to explore). She suggested staying at hers.

I immediately thought I was in. Anyway, turned up, seemed to get on like a house on fire. Got drunk in her flat, lots of stupid banter. Went into the local town, both got roaring drunk. Went for a meal, which was basically just messing around and throwing food around. She got a lot drunker than I and we ended up going back to hers. She stripped naked and passed out. I just slept beside her.

Next day, stupidness continued, we went back into town and had a few drinks, then spent the day watching films. Kissed her a couple of times but not passionately and nothing else happened.

I got a train back that night. I said

'Joking aside, I had a great time and it would be good to meet up again'

She said

'Yeh definitely. Let's chat in the week about date no. 2'

I've sent a couple of messages since then but haven't really heard much back. Last one was earlier today when I just said

'hi '

No response as yet.

I was a bit confused as to

1. Why she didn't fuck me (surely if she invited me round, she had that on her mind?)

2. Why she has now gone cold.

Any suggestions? If you need any more details, let me know.

Could be the chance with her is over, for what ever reason she has just gone cold.There's not much more you can do but try text her a couple of times more - if she doesn't reply there's nothing more you can do but give up & move on to the next girl.

Thanks for the reply. Thought as much. No point over analysing it I guess, I was just curious in case anything stuck out

1. Dude she invited you round to her house and got naked, she put it out there, you just had to make a move! Any move! You even went to super elaborate unnecessary lengths like dinner and drinks out!
2. She's gone cold because she pretty much put it out there and she thinks that you are either not decisive and confident enough to be who she needs or that you rejected her because after getting drunk and naked you didn't take her advance

If I was you, I'd just straight up stop pussyfooting around and say, "hey! 8pm this Friday we're going to XYZ for a night together!" Then assume that it's on from there and you're staying at hers unless she explicitly tells you otherwise

Thanks for the reply - the plan was always to go for drinks, she just said I could stay at hers. I would have made the move but she was absolutely wasted and I didn't want to force her. She passed out... I'm curious as to why she was uninterested the next day

You should have made the move when drinking earlier, touch asap in comfortable non creepy way.

Hindsight is a marvelous thing so now you know for next time. Try not to dwell, move on up. Read this nugget from K

Be closer, touch her, you should be more tactile. If she doesn't answer back move one.

Thanks for the replies!

I’m not going to over-analyse the situation and get all butt hurt however I’m keen to learn and improve.

I’ve slept with a lot of women in the past however the vast, vast majority of those have been as a result of drunken one night stands. Therefore I’m a complete amateur when it comes to strategic thinking and this is something I’m working to change.

kowalski - I met her on Saturday evening, stayed the Saturday night. On Sunday morning we went back into town for some food and drinks, came back to hers and watched a couple of movies. We were both sitting under the duvet on the sofa, she was lying in my arms (standard ‘cosy sunday’ behaviour). I leaned in for a kiss once or twice bit it was just on the lips, and I said ‘give me a kiss’ a bit later, and got the same.

I left that evening.

I'm gonna do what you suggest and ask to meet up some time. If nothing happens, move on!
