So, its been awhile since I've posted, but I've been dealing with a lot of personal shit, + University so going out hasn't really been an option. Anyway tonight I was invited out to venue and decided to go. I looked like a total fucking mess and my friends let me know it, Pube beard & scruffy hair, however I was adamant to get back into the game.

After a few hours of fucking about (and a few drinks) I finally managed to start running some sets. My first set was a friend from university i knew i could use to get some social momentum, nothing. 4th set was a 6 I managed to #-close, my technique was scruffy though, all i did was dhv, no negging, i didn't play the whole group so after the #close her friends pulled her away and gave me shitty looks the entire night.
But it felt awesome to have the confidence back to start freely talking to people, even if it was after a few drinks.

When I'm gaming regularly I know I can get shit done, in my personal life and at university. my plan now is to pull my first 8+ before the end of summer.

P.s. i tried the "can cats punch opener" once on a set from Liverpool and ended up getting into a really heated debate with the amog who I couldn't calm down. something about "animal cruelty"
