So I have a past with this girl, an old 'oneitis' we have done stuff years ago but I never fully laid her.

Ain't spoke to her in about2 years, had decided that enough was enough and couldn't try any more because I had already looked massively needy, she had a bf and I was wasting my time, anyway she popped up on fb the other day so obviously I thought it was gonna be an easy one, however things are up in the air now..

I can't say I find the constant references to her being on a leash a particularly positive part to keep throwing at her.

You should have prob firmed up the location and everything in the original messages. You dilly dally with it a tad, i.e. a few drinks local or coffee maybe? Tell her what the plan is.

i wouldnt stress over it, maybe she been seeing a lad and he came round, its timeing alot of the time, she mite really like this lad and not know where she is with him.

Firstly: Leeds is fucking awesome.

Now, my texting has got way better than it used to be, so with my limited experience here are a few obvious pointers:

Stop asking questions in texts. It's needy. Seriously, one girl I text almost never replies when I ask a question, so I've learnt to be a dick with her and not ask her anything. Works like a charm.

Tell her you'll meet up, again don't ask. If you do want to ask a question, try re-wording it as a statement.

Your texts are quiet long, bit of a handful. Texting is supposed to be short and fun.

Don't talk about the same boring crap too long, it's gay. Keep it fresh, interesting.

Personal preference, saying 'haha' or using smiley faces is also gay - although be careful about stopping cold turkey. She may think you've turned into a depressed psychopath instead of the cool, dry-ass motherfucker you are. You are a cool, dry-ass motherfucker, aren't you?
