On Friday night just gone, I spent 45 minutes gaming a tall hot tourist bird with the sole aim of an SNL.

She was visiting London and "going back to Germany on Tuesday"

I failed to get the SNL and she went home.



After 45 minutes, she left the venue and said she was going to visit another English town, leaving early this morning (Saturday) with some of her friends to catch a train, and was not returning to London. #WTF!!!

I had WRONGLY understood "going back to Germany on Tuesday" as meaning (like 99% of tourist birds would do) STAYING IN LONDON WITH HER LONDON FRIENDS UNTIL TUESDAY.

Near the start of the convo:

• I commended her on her breasts; this was contextual because my opener was about something quirky about the T-shirt she was wearing
• In response to my breasts comment, she followed up with "The only reason that I wear this T-shirt is that it highlights my breasts! Ha-ha!" (me: "yeah, it's doing a good job!")

After that, still early on in the convo:

• found out she was single
• found out she was "going back to Germany on Tuesday"

She had a group of friends around, but they moved off to another (nearby) area allowing us to be alone.

I was clearly expressing intent with my language, holding eye contact and also the kino.

She was reciprocal to all this. Easy, not awkward.

She was giving the IOIs as asking me various IOI stuff.

I was kinoing her practically every minute. I would typically talk to her with my arm tightly wrapped round her slim waist. I did some sexy dancing with her too. We were not on a dancefloor, we were in a noisy busy large pub area, but we had enough space to hit some 1-1 dance moves.

I was using the language, talking about fun, wild, letting hair down, free and single, yada yada shit that I know works for SNL. She was running with it and not getting upset.

When she said that she was going back to Germany on Tuesday, I probably would have said something like "cool so you're in town all weekend" and then as we now know she would have said she had an early train in morning. Take it (or leave it) from there
