How to delete a thread?
 

Does anyone know if it's possible to delete a whole thread/post after you've started it or would that go against the whole internet freedom thing and so isn't possible?

I'm not that fussed really but don't necessarily want my name on here to be constantly linked to being some meathead roid rage nutcase - I'm talking about the thread about me "finally starting on steroids' - especially in light of the fact that I never started if the whole thing could 'vanish' that would be cool? PS, thanks for rebuking some haters on here a few months back.

I didn't think it was a bad thread. I think you were just looking for opinions. That's what the forum is for surely. people will have didfferent opinions then you can decide from there.

Yeah... I saw that thread and was tempted to comment, so I left it as it is a highly charged issue..

Slightly off-topic Nova - I've also been seriously tempted by steroids over the past few years, tried tribulus terristis (gave me spots and made me too aggressive lol) I've shifted away from lifting big recently anyhow - that would have been the essence of what I would have wanted to say anyway :D

have you heard about pomegranate juice for bumping T levels ?? It's cheap in Morrisons and I notice an effect (placebo??)

ears - I don't wanna take the piss but seriously erm yeah pomegranate juice T?! And t.t. it's just a herb...something natural for slightly raising T is mustard, but compound weight training is the best. Whereabouts in west lancs you from?
