Health and Fitness Section

Hey guys,

Recently i've started working out and watching my diet and generally seeking to live a more healthier life-style. However to be honest my knowledge on this sort of thing is fairly limited. I've been looking elsewhere on the web for information but have found it difficult in obtaining sound and credible advice.

I trust the advice given by the majority of guys on this forum, it would be good to hear from guys like Legend and Jynx who are pretty buff to see what their regimes are, what diets work best for them and which muscle groups they work and how often etc etc.

I was previously on another forum which had a pretty good health and fitness section but the rest of the pick-up content was awful so I left.

What do you guys think? I appreciate it's only worthwhile if there are a good number of guys interested in health and fitness to share their knowledge.

I don't need fitness as I'm a prime example of physical perfection, but maybe I can share a few of my trade secrets

I'm not the fittest guys these days but when I used to wrok out it did give me an extra buzz.

I'd say work the muscles you want to grow/tone and if you feel better about your look, then it can only add to your confidence.

Problem I had was the come down when you eventually let it slip...

But its good to stay healthy anyway so just go with what makes you feel good!!

One of the most common mistakes inexperienced forum admins make is having too many sections. These usually sit empty and navigating the forum is a pain in the arse as you need to navigate to 10 different sections to read 20 new posts.

We already. Have a couple too many sections in my opinion, so I'm more open to merge suggestions than splitting up further.

I think it's ok as it is anymore would be too many
