It's not what you know but who you know.

I thought it would be a nice idea for those who wish to promote their services an opportunity to network.

I trained in architecture, I can provide architectural services in the form of:

Planning applications
Listed Building Consent
Building Regulations
Concept Design
Detailed Design
CAD drawing
3D models/visualisations
On-site supervision

My rates are very competitive.

Thanks.

Nice idea.
I'm trained in computing, programming and web technologies.
I can piss code, and program most things.

My rates aren't competitive.

I know a guy who is trying to make a career in the food industry, by doing eating contests.

When he posts pictures of his latest "challenge" it makes you hungry.

He did a "Subway snake challenge" which was 5 footlong subways & did it in 30 minutes. Raised 85 quid for comic relief & got 5 free subways.

I've no idea why I thought this was relevant to include here.

Also...

I'm an organic chemist finishing PhD at the moment, I have great deal of experience in synthesising and handling highly sensitive organometallic reagents. Fully trained in schlenk techniques as well as the use of a glovebox. I have experience in developing organometallic methodologies, general organic synthesis and transition metal catalysis.

I can operative and maintain a bruker NMR, was up til very recently in charge of a 500MHz spectrometer, I have a wealth of experience in elucidating a NMR spectre and have experience running and interprtating 2D experiments, homonuclear, heteronuclear, through bond and through space correlations,

I have run and maintained GCs and HPLCs, and have a broad range of experience getting separations and setting up calibration curves for HPLC/GC assays.

I'm trained to operate both ftIR and dispersive IR spectrometers (KBr discs and NuJol mull)

If any of you work in medChem, fine chemicals, process, materials or academia and need an organic chemist I'm your man
