I do 30 minutes of Asana exercises as soon as get up each day, then do about 15 minutes of pranayama after I've had a shower. I then do zazen on the way into work on the bus.
During the day I be as mindful as I can going in and out of presence when I feel like it.
Then at night I do some more zazen.
I could never get the knack of mantras
