No-one has sided with anyone. You're saying that because you perceive our critique of the way you do things the way you want to perceive it - that we're all ganging up on you.

Your insistence on ignoring us though is the problem.

You need to learn how to take criticism on board and use it to your advantage.

Example: "Dan, you need to stop jumping out of the bushes whilst a girl is walking down a dark alleyway on her own at night"

Me - "You know what, I appreciate that you may be on to something there. I guess I'm willing to try jumping out during the daytime instead"

Stupid example but you get the idea.
