I also work as a private math tutor. I give private math lessons at my clients' place. There is a student that I feel she likes me. How do I seduce her?

More info: she is 18 years old, I teach her in the first floor of their house, in a dining room. There is no one else present in the room. I come to their place once a week. I am afraid of losing the client... e.g. telling her after the class : "I like you. Can I invite you to a cinema?" and her parents could cancel the classes...
