There are 1000s of reasons she stopped responding:
Maybe she was kinda seeing somebody else and it got serious
Maybe she decided that she's going to take some time out of the dating scene
Maybe she responded because things were rocky with her bf and then they sorted stuff out
Maybe it was something that you said

Lots of maybes that you more often than not have nothing to do with. If I think about times I've dropped girls prior to meeting, it's been more about the shit in my life than them - too busy with other stuff, not feeling great (though sometimes it is because I've seen a red flag).
