I've gone down 7 belt sizes in 4 months. My routine is:

Monday - Thursday:

No Breakfast (not really a diet thing, I just don't eat breakfast)
Salad for lunch - with additional tomatoes, low fat chicken or Turkey, and light mayo as a bind. Banana and apple as a dessert.
Relatively healthy dinner, with another side salad.
Fruit as an evening treat.
Only drink water or low sugar diluting juice during the day.

Friday until 2pm Follow Monday-Thursday routine

Friday (From 2pm until Sunday) eat and drink whatever I want.

Gym for an hour a day at least 3 times a week (Monday-Friday, never weekend)
