Okay I have not ejaculated since may 11 so just over three months now.

The reason I started this was because I didn't have any money for prostitutes and I knew I wasn't going to for a period of time.

If anyone has read about nofap, it is this weird movement of not masturbating at all.

The crazy "zealots" (which is how they appear) claim all sorts of stupid/unrelated benefits, none of which I have found to be true.

The main one being more sociable with women and less anxious of speaking to them.

Apart from at the very start, the whole time I've been approaching I've been abstaining from masturbation.

But I can categorically state that it has made NO difference to approaching at all.

In fact, I feel much more relaxed after I've had sex with a prostitute or a good wank session before going out.

I had suspected it was all placebo nonsense but I wanted to try it for myself to confirm it.

I definitely won't be doing it again!
