situation update: followed advice of removing myself, and it got to the point where i got myself back! didnt really care much, and am much more confident and relaxed around her, and that alone was worth it

She's now the one initiating all conversations, asks for breaks to chat etc..etc.Nothing yet happened but we happen to travel together abroad for work. Having a crush on her i know i ll probably gonna lose my cool at some point so I need some perspective on how to lead things on; being coworkers and everything is a bit complex but if anyone has experience or pointers to share it'd be welcome !
