Salsa & Jive Dancing

The first time I went... to salsa - I went on my own!

Everyone was very social, as all are learning together - it's great for building social skills, interacting with everyone -making people feel good with positive feedback when they're struggling a bit.. or some neg head negs them out!

The dancing itself - well the first 2 lessons I had real learning anxiety, sweaty, blushing etc... then it just clicked and really enjoyed it, loved the way you can express yourself, feel the music.... It's really good fun!

Definatley was about enjoying the dancing as opposed to P.U - althoug the other benefits were nice

You build confidence interacting with lots of random and generally positive people, cute girls in your space - my eye contact became so powerful, regulary made them giggle with just a look haha! New social group / friends

On the town - the amount of kisses, dances, rapid escalations and numbers I have experienced due in no small part to feeling confident and having some moves while leading a woman through a such a fun experience is ridiculous (While demonstrating leadership, confidence, value, fun and much more!!) Instant DHV in any venue... we often own a dance floor and have girls zoning - obviously wanting a boogy!!

Salsa is sensual and sexy - Jive is a bit easier to pick up, easier to apply in set and great fun also!!

I've booked hip hop lessons cos i saw that film 'you got served' and thought the moves in it were awesome.
Slightly different from salsa but i don't think it matters what kind of dance you choose. Bottom line is, girls dig guys that can move lol.

Came to a salsa class several weeks ago encouraged by Gambler on some video. And have sunk. Jeez, best thing I've done for years. It's really a shame that I didn't discover this ten years ago, but hey! It's really cool.
I think many people come there too meet somebody. And that was also one of the reasons I did it first time. Still can happen, but seeing yourself progressing with all those funky moves and patterns is rewarding enough. Pure fun
Another observation: people who can dance come there to dance. Couples that you can tell have been together a good few years. And they dance. And over time you start seeing they're getting charged. Sexually
I'm sure after dancing they dash straight home and to bed. And have great time there as well. You just can tell that.
So that could be something worth thinking of (dancing) if you want to keep your relationship in a great shape as years go by.
Also want to try samba one day. Thanks to salsa, I've discovered latin music. Great stuff. They don't borrow from UK/American music. They don't need to.

Hip hop is by far the best thing I do I love it and u will not believe the girls you can get if u can grind lol I have been training a lot trying to it in to the life I want to do!! Right now I have started doing lesson in hip-hop under my company name! And help some friends by teaching dance and pua together and got good feedback from one friend!!!

I've been doing a bit of salsa in Bristol for the last couple of weeks - really really good laugh and I am someone who is not usually a dancer.

As Syn says it's really social, met some sexy girls and had a good laugh with the guys. I've not really tried to pick up just because I've been having too much fun messing about dancing to think about anything else to be honest... both time I've been I've left feeling high as a kite and just buzzing!

I've been to this one Salsa Souls - dance salsa in Bristol, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday with Stellan & Lisa - Salsa dancing

The guys stand around the edge of the room the girls rotate to the next guy every few minutes, makes it feel a bit like speed dating!

I may be going tonight, def be going next wednesday - I recommend everyone tries it at least once...

I've been doing Salsa classes for nearly a year now. Helps with eye contact, Kino, being social and not only that, its actually damn good exercise as well (i don't bother doing cardio at the gym not because of this).
