I don't know if anyone's read this book, I've been reading it on and off for the past week and it seems really good.

I recently read mark Manson models which was very down to Earth with everyday usuable advice and this book is definitely I the same vein.

It reads a bit like a uni textbook if the course was how to be an alpha male and unplug from the matrix.

It has some great insights into the increasing feminism of men in western society and offers a sign post to alpha thinking



2 interesting areas it touched on: saying 38 is the best most powerful age for men in game whereas for women it peaks at just 23. (Obviously this is just the authors viewpoint but it seems logical).

(where they are most desired by men/sexually powerful) and men's sexual power/desirability peak age(based on attractiveness from women, status, wealth health etc). There's even a graph lol

Another good chapter is Plate Theory. The mentality and steps of cultivating an abundance mentality.

I have this book, from what I have read so far it's very informative and interesting with a lot of depth . Looking forward to receiving reading it a few times to absorb the information more thoroughly.
