I would'nt mind a copy of that CD. I have trouble meditating, and am looking for tips so maybe this will help.

I noticed you live in Bristol?! so its going to be hard for me to get it to you! the cd is sold on amazon and I don't think its that much to buy! Chakra Balancing by Deepak Chopra... Also I have done many meditation classes even stoped In a Buddhist Monastery for a week meditating 3 times a day! This Is by far the best I have come accross... sinstyle.

Transcendental Meditation, TM, Meditation I find this works for me just fine. Deepak Chopra, enlightened guy.

hmm.. a strange coincidence. I was talking with my family about out-of-body-experiences a couple of days ago and i researched it. It kinda led on to meditation and ive been discovering it the past few days. Then i log onto here for the first time in ages and see his post.
didnt realize so many people were into this. Ive only tired it a few times and i do feel it helps a bunch.
