I think the Pulp video is flawed very much, just by production pressure oversight financial practicalities to 'get it in one', and that is the poor quality of the female dancers: to athletic. I would have chosen really fit women, little muscle, like David Bailey did. Dale, we need to apply these excellent considerations we are having in this era of the Site to our lives. Those dancing women should have been common people, well paid to turn up, and skinny.

I kinda have this idea of a really fit skinny bird in jeans and leather climbing her way though a city skyline of black building-tops against/delineated against an electric blue azure midnight sky. She is at one with the pigeons and cats. This is intercut with the thoughts of this guy about her when he was having a relationship with her. She's trying to 'get away' in a dream type way from the relationship she had, which she no longer wants, and which they no longer have, but which he still can't forget.

Maybe use the English mailcoach idea. the horses really doing for it along dark tracks in the driving rain, he seeing visions of her 'in haystacks' as they head though the countryside at night, he riding on top of the mailcoach watching the driver driving the horses hard, with visions of her amongst summer-smelling 'sexuallly happy' haystacks. What you reckon, too retro?
