When you start getting good interactions with a girl behind a bar how can you work it to actually spend some time talking to her.

We're talking like bars on friday / saturday night so the bar is rammed and shes obviously going to be too busy to hover and chat for a bit.

Don't get me wrong I would normally leave it alone just this one seems to be definetely into me when I go up to the bar, just can't see a way to transition it so shes in a situation you can chat properly for a short while.

Not into the idea of stalking on facebook though I'm not Knave!

You can't see a way to transition it because there isn't one! Like you say, the bar is busy, she's at work. She's got things she needs to do. How, if the bar is packed, is she going to justify standing still talking to someone?

If you like her, tell her 'I can see you're extremely busy right now. But look, in a whirlwind of forethought, I have scrawled my telephone number on this small piece of paper. Telephone me at a time which is more convenient, and we can go and drink tea together.'

I'm just annoyed slightly as well as she was off work one weekend recently and actually came up and chatted to me just as she arrived when we were leaving, if I wasn't so pissed that night I'd of done something about it then lol!
