i'm not basing what i said on some anecdotal evidence, im coming from experience. they do amplify feelings, hence why set and setting are so important. if you're in a bad headspace, shrooms will make it worse. the negativity becomes amplified. the qualities you are highlighting come about when you're in a good headspace.

you're probably right about the alcohol, i havn't researched why its not used but it seems like common sense. you can line up some vodka shots and drink enough to kill yourself in a couple of minutes, where as the only way you're gonna kill yourself with shrooms is by eating enough to burst your gut. that was my point

don't insult my intelligence kowalski, i've noticed you always try to assume superiority on this forum which is fair enough as far as PUA stuff goes, but:

is precisely what i meant regarding what you said the effects of shrooms are. if you think what you said is correct then you should read some trip reports or try tripping around people you're not comfortable with (though i wouldn't recommend it).
