social experiments/fearless man exercises

Hi, I am london based and have recently been doing daygame but struggled with being in the moment, never feeling relaxed and end up being too much up in my head. I am looking to put my ego to one side, be patient and start from scratch almost by doing social experiments and fearless man exercises like saying hi to 100 people or approaching 100 people for directions or opinions etc... and I wondered if there were any people that were relatively new to trying day/night game or anyone that find themselves wasting a large majority of their time that they spend gaming making excuses over and over again as to why not to approach a woman and end up doing about 2 approaches in 2 hours that would be interested in doing this with myself?
