It is so simple: Eye contact.

All i do is check out a woman, if she catches me and is aware it most literally put them in a position to be approach. Most of this is from body language and it is so subtle. Almost like a hidden language.

When I do approach them there are open. Usually for conversations I don't have to say much I just get them talking about themselves. Works every time that I have to be careful lol

This is great advice. I would add it helps if you are well-built, well dressed, good looking and socially proofed in the venue. For most guys on here I would say they are below average in looks, either too skinny or too fat, by themselves or with one wing knowing nobody in the venue and poorly dressed. Also intention behind eye contact and if you are "smiling" with your eyes and projecting a "you'd be lucky to have me" vibe or projecting a weird, nervous vibe i.e. weak inner game is going to determine how they react.
