Hurt my knee a little from all the sprints. Also hurt the calf on my other leg.
I got support sleeves & compression wraps for them & thought it would be ok to keep sprinting with them.
I decided though that I'd play it safe & avoid making the situation worse. So instead I spent an hour power-walking at 6.5/7 mph at the steepest incline.
Stops me from further injury yet is still a pretty good cardio workout. Burned between 820/850 cals in that hour.
My protein got delivered too. So now I'm officially part of the #Gainz team.
